Our heart affair on the southeastern outskirts of Prague. We entered the site in 2013 with the vision of saving the critically endangered cultural monument of the medieval fortress area with Renaissance tower. Appropriately replace outbuildings, save what can be saved, fill in construction gaps, build and put them into operation restaurant, to design the missing building of the Prague — Královice Municipality Office next to the renovated tower and thus give rise to a completely new center of the Prague — Královice district. This was the task for the first decade in the locality. It took longer, it cost more, but we have fulfilled and now we are concentrating on quality urbanism of suburban housing with the ambition to build 200 apartment units and detached houses in successive stages.

Revitalization of the industrial brownfield of the former textile factory Mykan Chrastav near the city of Liberec. The total area of the project is 36,000 m², of which the construction of new industrial buildings in “A” quality is 19,500 m². Completed in 2019, 100% occupied by tenant for 10years + 10years and successfully sold and incorporated by CTP subgroup.
